Donna Gadue

Yoga Instructor

Donna began her yoga journey in 2010 when a co-worker invited her to a community class at Plattsburgh State University. At first, she enjoyed the physical aspect of yoga (asana) - moving, stretching and holding the poses. But as she started to attend this class on a regular basis, she began to notice subtle shifts happening - connecting to mind, body and spirit through the practice. The instructor chanted a Sanskrit prayer before and after each class.

Always a “seeker”, this provoked Donna’s curiosity even more. Her introduction to Kundalini Yoga began in 2014. The practice resonated deeply within her and she just couldn’t get enough of this style of yoga. Yoga expertise, a certain body type or level flexibility weren’t required to practice it! Kundalini Yoga also satisfied her yearning to be in harmony with universal love. The practice of using mantras was where the magic of KY really struck her heart - The Bhakti (devotional) aspect of yoga.

Kundalini Yoga uses poses, breaths, mantra and meditation to move and expand energy in the body. It is called the “Yoga of Awareness” because with consistent practice, it can bring awareness and clarity to your life. However, even just one class can deliver beautiful breakthroughs!

Donna is committed to sharing this practice as she find that teaching is positive outlet to remain accountable to herself, her students and ultimately, the Universe. Her passion is to help others connect to their own truth which is love and light!

Donna has studied with Ramdesh Kaur, author of the “The Body Temple”. She has also completed both a 200 hour and 300 hour training with Ravi Singh. Last year, she added a year long “Compassionate Kundalini” teacher training with Ravi to her credentials. Aqua Yoga certification is on the horizon! She has been a yoga instructor since 2017.

Donna loves to spend time with family and friends. She and her husband Jim also love to travel. They have three pets, four children and one darling granddaughter! She retired from Plattsburgh State University in 2022 after 30 years of service. She and her yoga friends love to go on “yoga adventures” often!

Cheley Frazier

Lead Instructor

Yoga Instructor

200 hour RYT Dharma, Sound Practioner + Reiki Practitioner

Merdith Jacobs

Yoga Instructor

(200 hour of Kundalini)

As a larger bodied person, Meredith (she/her) has dabbled with yoga in many different forms over the last 20+ years but never felt she was allowed/welcome to practice due to her body. After experiencing an injury that left her with a loss of movement, she attended a Kundalini yoga class with a friend. It was through this experience in which the world of yoga opened up for her. Kundalini yoga allowed Meredith to regain movement again and journey deeply inward in order to have her own personal experience. She felt welcomed to the yoga practice and free to adapt the asanas (movements) to her body’s needs. She discovered that the practice helped to open her body up for increased physical movement and flexibility, as well as quieting the mind.

It only took practicing a few Kundalini Yoga classes for Meredith to decide that one day she would pursue becoming a teacher, as she knew so many could benefit from the teachings and practices. Fast forward to five years later - In 2020 Meredith completed her 200 hour Kundalini teacher training with Ravi Singh and courageously began her teaching journey online during a worldwide pandemic.

Phung Pham

Buti Instructor

Phung has been a student of yoga for almost 20 years, first dabbling into Vinyasa and then Hot Yoga. She never thought becoming a yoga teacher was ever possible, since she did not have the “right” body. It was not until 2024 when she met her BUTI teacher (Jess) who embodied a spirit Phung had rarely seen before: Yoga is for all bodies. Yoga was never meant to be limited to body size, shape, age, or flexibility—it's a practice for every body, connecting with our body's capabilities and finding peace. Inspired by her connection to her teacher and the BUTI practice, Phung decided to step into her power. She got her certification in BUTI Movement and BUTI Deep in 2025. She hopes to bring the spirit of expression and fun, all while strengthening our spiritual, mental and physical capabilities to support our healing journeys.

Cypris Gregorio

200 hour YTT Yoga Renew

Cypris started her yoga journey 11 years ago after her son was born so that she could have a hobby that would help her get healthy and strong. The first in person class she attended was in the Catskill Mountains of NY where she grew up, this was a life changing experience. This class left Cypris grounded, calm, and rejuvenated from the asanas she practiced that day. Her personal practice continued at home through the years, and she looked for more in person classes after relocating to Champlain Ny, Donna Guade was offering a class at the Champlain meeting house in 2017 and that is where Cypris met Donna. She wanted to deepen her knowledge and further her practice so she decided to take the 200 hour yoga teacher training through Yoga Renew in the beginning of 2025. The course was very inspirational, and the community of yogis has always been one of love and acceptance. This gave her the opportunity to meet other yoga teachers in the Clinton County area. In July 2025 she volunteered at the Catskill Mountain Yoga festival in Delhi, NY founded by Raegan Reed. she also attended her yoga retreat in Hancock, NY in October. She completed and passed the 200hr ytt for vinyasa and hatha styles in December of 2025. Cypris’ mission as a vinyasa yoga teacher is to guide people through classes so they can feel connected, balanced and love. Yoga is much more than stretching, it is a practice for the mind, body and soul. She sends all her love and light as she joins the Stoneworks Team.
