Gentle Yoga + Sound Fusion

Ideal for beginners, those returning after experiencing injury and those age 50 and beyond. This practice was created to add healing and toning qualities of yoga to your life. We start with guided warm up stretches and move into simple sitting and standing poses to loosen the joints, promote good posture and balance. Breathing exercises and relaxation promotes calmness between poses and at the conclusion of practice. Students are helped according to their needs. The class ends with a longer relaxation with alchemy crystal singing bowls to assist with relaxation and healing.

Our Seasonal Yoga class is a rotating offering that changes throughout the year, bringing fresh movement, themes, and experiences to our community. Each season may feature a different style of yoga, movement practice, or specialty class designed to align with the energy and rhythm of that time of year.

From grounding and restorative practices to mindful flow, strength-building, breathwork, or specialty movement experiences, Seasonal Yoga provides an opportunity to explore something new while maintaining an accessible, welcoming environment for all levels.

Root Flow (All Levels) is a mindful Hatha-Vinyasa practice designed to build steadiness, mobility, and ease within both body and mind. Through intentional movement, breath awareness, and thoughtfully linked postures, this class encourages strength without force and softness without collapse. Students can expect a balanced practice that supports grounding, flexibility, and mindful movement.

This warm water class will use the power of breath, stretch and yoga to open, massage and relax the full body and mind. BUTI

Buti is a Marathi word meaning “a cure that has been hidden or kept secret.” Buti is not all about booty, but we will tone, lift and generally elevate all aspects of the physical and energetic bodies. During this practice, we work to cure the body of stored energy through dance and tribal movement. The practice has a specific spiral technique to unlock tension and stored emotions. Buti combines power yoga, cardio-intensive tribal movement, conditioning, and deep abdominal toning. You are not just sculpting your body, you are making internal shifts too. Students and teachers are encouraged to let go of their minds and get all the way into their bodies. Let go of any judgement, accept yourself where you are and let the rest happen.


Cardio Drumming

A high-energy mix of cardio, drumming, and dancing set to upbeat music that will get your heart rate up and your feet moving! This class is led by Taylor, who has trained in multiple dance styles for 19 years, and Kat, who brings her passion for fitness and movement to every session. Together, they offer two styles in one fun, upbeat class—teaching simultaneously so you can choose between a more intense routine or a modified option that fits your level.

Building Strength for Better Health (Studio Class)

Building Strength for Better Health is a beginner-friendly strength class focused on improving overall health through safe, effective use of light dumbbells. This class emphasizes proper form, controlled movements, and gradual progression to help build skeletal muscle strength, support bone health, and improve balance and everyday function. Exercises are performed at a comfortable pace with options provided, making it ideal for those new to strength training or returning after time away. Studio Kickboxing 

This is a high-energy workout that burns calories and builds muscle!   Kickboxing is a dynamic, full-body workout designed to boost your cardiovascular fitness, strength, and endurance while minimizing impact on your joints. Using your body weight and light weights, you'll perform a series of punches, kicks, and agility drills to tone your muscles, burn calories, and increase flexibility.

Vinyasa Yoga With Cypris

Ideal for any level, this practice has a primary focus on the core, while implementing stretching and simple yoga moves. The class session will build from simple movements to those that engage the entire core and utmost strength. A focus on the breath is carried throughout the instruction, and modifications are given as needed. There is no judgement and only room for personal growth in this 60-minute session, where you will be challenged, strengthened (both in mind and body), and eager to return for more.

Hatha Yoga with Cypris

Ease into your day with 60 minutes of Hatha Yoga. This class focuses on learning the foundations of yoga asana, proper alignment, and understanding why alignment is important for a safe and sustainable practice.

Hatha Yoga is a slower-paced style of yoga, with poses held for longer periods of time than in more fast-moving classes. Through mindful movement and breath awareness, students can build strength, confidence, flexibility, balance, and concentration while developing a deeper connection to their bodies.

This class is suitable for beginners as well as those looking to refine their practice and return to the fundamentals of yoga in a supportive environment. Soft music will accompany the practice throughout the hour, creating a calming atmosphere for movement and reflection.
